If you believe that content you posted was wrongfully removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification and Contact Information - Your full name, address, phone number, email, and identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  • Good Faith Statement - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where our service is located if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
